Beauty and The Beast Swag Lounge for the 2013 ESPYS

f7a0a54c92471ac4480e727e4ccf93dfPresented by Trea Day Management & Publicity, g.l.a.m. LLC and Jazzy Girl Luxury Hair Collection, The Beauty & The Beast SWAG Lounge added a new and diverse element to the 2013 ESPY Award festivities in Los Angeles, CA earlier this week! Held at the ultra chic Game Sports Bar, the unique gifting event was an eclectic juxtapose of sports, entertainment, fashion and day time fun!

Between the black canopied area where countless publicists checked in their celeb and athlete clients for 5 hours straight, the bevy of media camped before 20 feet of crimson carpet and beautifully designed backdrops, platinum rapper Game’s killer Rolls Royce on display at the door and the colorful coin laundry adjacent to the actual venue…when event attendees pulled up to the scene, the visual alone was a carnival of stimulation and intrigue!

The relaxed environment, coupled with the high-end polished feel, helped exemplify event Co-Producer Trea Davenport’s concept behind Beauty & The Beast SWAG Lounge. “As a regular girl from Detroit who moved to LA only 10 months ago from Atlanta, we wanted to execute an event that exuded a west cost WOW with a southern sensibility.” She further explained; “This is the motto of my firm, Trea Day Management & Publicity and one of the reasons I expanded my practice to the west coast…the Beauty & The Beast SWAG Lounge [the first event I’ve produced since my expansion to California], was the perfect embodiment of our concept to combine GRIT, GLAMOUR and GRIDIRON.” During a memorable red carpet moment while standing side by side with fellow celebs such as rapper Charli Baltimore and Ford model India Christin, event host Game jokingly blurted out…”Hey yall, how we gone just act like we not on the red carpet facing the coin laundry?!” Popular urban model Deelishis quipped.”YES! And I love it!”. The exchange and event were classic.

Guests were greeted by Trea Day’s gorgeous staff of professional, friendly, efficient Event Assistants clad in specially designed bright red baby T’s and crisp white bottoms with gold accessories!

Sounds of VH-1’s Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star DJ Babey Drew’s wafted out the doors, giving the undeniable vibe of a Day-party with international flair. His masterful mixes of pop, house, hip hop, r&b and reggae were the perfect blend to compliment the diverse array of arrivals!
